Role Overview

As a Product Design Lead at Veel, you will drive the creation of intuitive, user-centered, and scalable product experiences. This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on shaping design solutions, improving usability, and ensuring seamless cross-platform experiences. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, AI, and Business teams to align design strategy with product goals and elevate the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design initiatives across web and mobile platforms, delivering high-quality, user-focused experiences.
• Translate complex product requirements into elegant, scalable, and intuitive design solutions.
  Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, and Business teams to align design with overall product strategy.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency and usability across products.
  Apply user-centered design principles to drive usability, accessibility, and overall product quality.
• Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and iterating based on user research and data insights.
• Balance innovation with practicality, prioritizing impactful solutions that meet business and user needs.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering/Fine arts or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in product design, preferably in a product-led, high-growth environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX, UI, and product strategy for web and/or mobile platforms.
• Experience delivering cross-platform, scalable solutions in complex or high-impact domains.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, design systems, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Autonomous, proactive, and highly motivated to solve complex design problems and deliver measurable impact.
