Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Recruitment Manager who will lead and execute our talent acquisition efforts, with a strong focus on tech recruitment. The ideal candidate will have solid experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, a good understanding of technical roles and terminologies, and a proactive approach to improving the overall candidate and onboarding experience.
This role will also contribute to strengthening our employer brand and using data-driven insights to continuously enhance recruitment strategies and outcomes.
1. End-to-End Recruitment Management
- Lead the complete recruitment process from developing sourcing strategies, identifying talent pools, and screening candidates, to scheduling interviews and managing the offer process.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, technical skills, and team needs to ensure the best candidate fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
2. Candidate Experience & Onboarding Enhancement
- Design and implement projects that enhance the candidate journey, ensuring a positive experience from application to onboarding.
- Gather feedback from candidates and new hires to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
3. Employer Branding & Talent Engagement
- Support initiatives that strengthen the company’s position as an employer of choice in the tech industry.
- Represent the organization at relevant tech and career events to promote brand visibility and attract quality talent.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain candidate and recruitment data accurately and leverage it to support analytical projects such as salary benchmarking, recruitment metrics tracking, and market mapping.
- Use data insights to identify process improvements and optimize recruitment strategies. Track key metrics such as good hire rate, survival rate, onboarding feedback survey, conversion rate of sources, etc
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (a background in technology or computer science is preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on tech hiring.
- Solid understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry terminology.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and stakeholders effectively.
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills for data tracking and analytics is a plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
